The Lobster Pot Restaurant in Church Bay is open from 14th February and closes at Christmas. It gets very busy so booking in advance is advised. High chairs are provided and we can highly recommend the Scallops and the Sunday lunch! www.lobster-pot.net tel:
The Wavecrest Café is situated at the top of the slipway at Church Bay beach and offers excellent homemade food. The scones are wonderful! It’s open from 1st March to 1st October, again it gets very busy but there is generally plenty of room to sit outside. tel:
The White Eagle in Rhoscolyn is very popular and provides high chairs, children’s activity buckets and a great children’s menu. Unfortunately, you can’t book but the pub opens at 12 noon and we suggest you arrive early to ensure you get a table. Sullivans Coffee Shop/Restaurant on the main street in Rhosneiger is perfect for brunch with the kids, it has a very relaxed family friendly atmosphere and has good changing facilities. It can get very crowded in season so there may not be room to take a pushchair in. The beach at Rhosneiger is fab for surfing/kite surfing but gets very windy!
The Pilot Boat (with Play Bus) near Moelfre. Is very child friendly and has a great children’s menu. There’s also an outside play area.
Ann’s Pantry is a family run cafe and restaurant which is full of character and charm. It is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Moelfre and serves excellent breakfasts from10am plus an extensive menu using locally sourced products where possible. www.annspantry.co.uk tel:
The Valley Hotel (in Valley) Good food at cheap prices, excellent children’s menu and highchairs provided. There’s also an outside play area.
The Lastra Farm Restaurant near Almlwch offers high chairs, a children’s menu and colour pencils and paper.
The Old Boat House is afamily run establishment set in the popular area of Red Wharf Bay, it serves good food 7 days a week from 10am including traditional breakfasts, tempting specials and fresh fish dishes.
